Nicholas Morrison-Buhr, Esq.Nicholas Morrison-Buhr’s practice is emphasized in veteran, employment and labor law. Attorney Morrison-Buhr also assists in large amounts with the Firm’s Family Law Division. Attorney Morrison-Buhr served the State of Georgia as an Administrative Law Judge for the Department of Labor for over four years prior to joining the Price Boyd Law Firm, and he now pioneers the Firm’s newest practice as Lead Counsel for the Veteran, Employment and Labor Division. Attorney Morrison-Buhr encompasses the goal to help people in every class, ethnicity, and culture, understand their legal rights and to improve the protections of every citizen under the law.

Originally from Faribault, Minnesota, Attorney Morrison-Buhr lived in the Midwest his entire adolescent life, with the exception of a half-year study abroad in Germany. Attorney Morrison-Buhr completed his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Political Management at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota in 2008. He studied law in Washington DC at the University of the District of Columbia’s David A Clarke School of Law and completed his Juris Doctor at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2013.

Attorney Morrison-Buhr is a VA Accredited Attorney and has certifications in legal research and professional & cost-effective research. Attorney Morrison-Buhr was also the 2013 recipient of the Chief Justice Leah Ward Sears Pro Pono Award.

Attorney Morrison-Buhr’s admissions include: The Supreme Court of the United States, The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, The United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Georgia, and the Bar of the State of Minnesota.

Attorney Morrison-Buhr and his spouse, a United States Marine, enjoy the outdoors, camping, boating/kayaking, hiking, running, and traveling. The Morrison-Buhr’s families have extensive military service to the United States of America, and currently have two nephews serving in the Kentucky National Guard and the United States Marines, respectively. The Morrison-Buhr’s are members of the Episcopal Cathedral of St. Phillip in Atlanta, and look forward to starting their family south of the Perimeter in the near future.
